Returns:
You have the option to return your package within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure their protection during transit.
Please include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase with the returned items.
Return Procedure:

Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item(s) in a suitable shipping container to prevent damage.
Affix the provided return label to the package and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made items.
Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
